Looking for partner in website development

I am looking partner for development of the website. I am completely open to suggestions.
However this is completely voluntary and you will not be paid any money. But you can put up your own ads on the website. You can also make any change in the website you like as long as it conforms with the main subject of the wesite.

I do not need any technical qualifications, but the person should be serious and sincere and should be able to spend considerable time with the website (about an hour per day on average).

I will donate all my points to the selected person within a month he/she joins

Hey I don't know if I can make it everyday, however I would be willing to do some work on it.

The reason it might not be every day is because of college work etc. However when I work on something, I spend a few hours.
