I did not understand your request very well, could you give more details or is it you want your site coded with html ?

i am using ready Joomla template
and i want apply this skin to vB and maybe to eSyndiCat.
default css of this skin hard to apply because there are many layers positions for modules.
i need recoded html template with tables

So basically you want the template shown above, however re-coded in HTML and CSS for your website. I presume you only want the template no the actual code inserted for the programs you want to us it on.

However that template is owned by vbfree.in so surely its a breach of copyright laws??

i was made clear html but it hard to apply for vb (hard to split for vb header and navbar)

Just to be clear about this, you need to have the main site content in English, French, or Spanish, or have it all in Russian, but have a duplicate copy of it in English, French, or Spanish.
