Let me see if I can clear this up, so we can stop asking the same question over and over.

Reichiru - If you clearly read the inital post, they clearly state " 100 points to complete above offer".
Granted, it was a bit confusing that they stated they needed 12 referrals, but that is what they get after you complete the offer, a "referral".

What they are asking is you goto that link provided, fill out the information, download and install a toolbar - wait up to 2 days, then you are able to remove the tool bar if you wish and they will send you x10 points for helping them out.
