I am making a dog SIM game adn need a bunch of help. Also how do I see how many credits I have and how do I give them to you?

Your credits are shown in the top right of your post. To donate/pay them to someone you click on there name and donate/pay.

You can see how many credits you have in the top of your post. As of right now, you have 269.06 credits. For an interactive online game in PHP, you'll need a lot more than that. Usually hiring someone to do a job like that involves real money, not forum credits.

Because I am one to always help when I can, I'd absolutely love to assist you in your project. I do, however, feel that I must mention several things.

The task of providing imagery will not fall to me.

While this is not to say that I'm not competent when it comes to digital image manipulation, I won't be able to supply artwork for the game. Assuming, though, that you can provide the necessary images, I will be more than capable of modifying them for the site, and this shouldn't be anything close to a hurdle.

My coding method isn't exactly orthodox.

I will be coding the game in a way that makes perfect sense to me but that may go against commonly accepted standards; that is, the game will be scripted in code that I am comfortable with (and that learned PHP coders will comprehend perfectly), but this may make it difficult for you to edit when you need to. As an addition to that, though, if I'm the one you ultimately give the project to, I'm available almost all hours of the day, and would like nothing more than to assist you when necessary.

Presuming and hoping that these restrictions have not deterred you from choosing me as the one to take on this project, I look forward to hearing from you...
