Being from South Africa, all the current offers are out of reach (leagally).

Like i have said in prior posts regarding the same question. The best way for right now for other countries to get credits is to use a talent you have. Maybe you design websites or Make logos,Banner, Flash intro's, or whatever.
Make a post here in the market place. Tell them what you can do and how many credits you will charge to complete the project.
Offer your expertise in a field where someone needs something done and can't do it themselves. Say they need a specific code.
Just a few ideas. Until Corey and his team can get other countries involved in offers it's about the only thing you can do.
So find an inner talent and use it to gain credits
