Proposal ( i need partners )

I have a proposal to make my idea is simple and has NOT yet been done
out of about 90 people i asked most of them said they would use the service, its a media service and its unique...

i can so most of the work myself as i do know
html xhtml css, and so on
the reason im here is although im clever im not that clever, i need people who can

Make database's
Code HTML
Code CSS
Know how to make and run Web servers, file servers, mail servers
Are good at design

the project will most likely take time to get up and running,
i plan to have different partners running their own servers ( this way you know im not going to screw you ) these may be different parts of the site
it probly wont make any money at first until its fully launched so you need to be willing to put work into it, and have the resources to run a simple web server (using apache on xp with fast internet will do ) and since wer starting with no money we need to know how to get free stuf lol

I'm good at html. I've got my own site I'm running, but I can see if I can be of any use to you.

I'm also just "Okay" with css, as I haven't worked on it as long as html, but I've been doing webpages since 1999 so I've had alot of experience.

Ok, do you think youd be good at working in a team over the internet, thinking about it, it may pose a problem, but i think theres programs to host conferances ?? anyway ill pm you the details and you can work on the web design with me Lol since thats where most of my skills are thats what im doing, and can you run your system as a web server ???

As long as everyone either has msn messenger or yim messenger, then conferences can easily be made. As far as the server goes? I can make a subdomain of mine and get a free .tk domain. This means that the website will have this kind of address http://url.tk/

marriage lol good one i couldnt think of anything else at the time lol, anyway at the moment im looking for people to help with the design and code, along the line im looking for people to help maintain and manage the site, service. someone who knows msql since im crap at it lol ( for a member database )
, and someone who can help me design a 'management' conferance room since its my aim to involve people across the globe using a massive network to run the one site... for now anyway lol

people interedted need to be able to run there own servers (just a pc with a good cpu, memory, broadband, some storage would do)
and they need to be good at web design programming and stuff

Oh lets not forget that youl be gettin a share in a company depending on your contribution, if its only something like designing a banner ill probs just give you a free account but anyone willing to become a partner youl get a stack in the business and get a share of the profits or youl get a monthly pay via Wire or paypal, as you can tell i aint put much thought into this part yet XD lol

hey i'd be willing to pertner with you... i know how to run basic databases.. i'm reading up on the more comlicated stuff to use on my own site.. i know html and php.. don't know css.. i can't run my computer as a webserver but i can certainly use a free server for now.. lots of free servers that i use have email built into them and sometimes have unlimited accounts. my email is blackness_light_psycho_child@hotmail.com you can add me to msn if your interested in my help..
