css knowhow to fix redundant codes. will pay points.

ok i need someone who knows css to get rid of all extra code for my webpages. i've been told it's very complicated for the search engine and since i know didly squat about looking at codes i would rather not go poking around. also i need some my links to change colour as well when they're active or been visited very simple stuff. i don't know how much to pay so suggestions welcome
