Looking for graphics help (will pay credits)

Hey, i am currently creating my website, and i am in need of some good graphics design work..My site url is: http://sheeplist.exofire.net

At the moment i am looking for someone to make a nice banner, and maybe a little image to go in the footer instead of the free template and copyright text, also i am looking for someone who is good with editing link buttons, i will send you via msn or email the link buttons (the default ones with no text). Currently i need a "Home" Button, a "Forums" Button, a "External Links" button an "About Us" button and a "Contact Us" Button. (In those orders) The templates are named:

Link_1.jpg - Home Button
Link_2.jpg - Forums Button
Link_3.jpg - External Links Button
Link_4.jpg - About Us Button
Link_5.jpg - Contact Us Button

That is what they would go in order, also i am looking for anyone that has any suggestions on my site, i won't be paying for suggestions...But hey, who knows... if you suggest something and i put it on my site, you will probably get your name on my page saying you suggested it. =D

I have limited credits, i know things aren't totally free, especially something like this...Also...I think the Link templates are encrypted... i tried editing one and i couldn't save it..

I will pay what i can, but if you would like to do it free i would appreciate it please.

This is still going, except, no links need to be done, i only need a banner done now, looking for someone to do it ASAP. It has to tie in with Warcraft 3, and it needs to say "Island Defense Sheeplist" On it, if it looks good and im happy with it and it specifies what i said, i will pay 220 credits for it.

As long as the pic ties in with Warcraft 3, and looks nice...and says Island Defense Sheeplist. Then it's perfect, also check out http://sheeplist.exofire.net

I would like it to sort of match my site a bit.
