I need a template that would match the purposes of a VPN site.
Someone asked me to find one for him, but to be honest, my new adopted puppy has been keeping me up all damn night and I don't feel like looking for one, so you reap the benefits of his INCESSANT WHINING in the form of 100 points.
Not many rules, it just has to be free and match a VPN site.

why don't use paid templates? free templates are quite not good. Or you can hire a CSS Coder and PHP Coder.

The top one will require alot of editing, so the second one is prolly better.

The top one is actually pretty good for a personal site, wouldn't blend very well for a tech based site though.
