Need Custom IPB Mods

I'm starting a forum where webmasters can advertise there sites and I need someone to make a mod for me. The mod would be a banner system that could be user across serveral sites and would have an easy to use control panel for user to control what site there ads are displayed and a way to add and delete there ads as well as have and admin control panel where I can set what sites the ads display and mange user ads as well as paid subscriptions. More details will be provided when you accept, I will pay credits for help.

Just use an existing banner rotation system. Why does it have to be an IPB mod? I'd say almost noone here has a valid IPB license anyway :P so you're probably asking in the wrong place.

I'm not asking for a regular ad roator i'm asking for one that can be use on several sites at once and user can add/delete ads from one control panel and the changes would bee seen on all the sites the banner system is one. They would be one place where I can control the entrie system for all the site that have the rotator. And I have a valid IPB license but my site is not hosted here on x10

That would be a regular ad rotator system.

I didn't accuse you of not having one but to develop and IPB mod, obviously you'd need a copy of IPB and since most, if not all the users here do NOT have an IPB license, it stands to reason they're not actively developing anything for it.

If i'm understanding it well, you want an ad rotator system that users can upload there own adds so people could see other people ads?

You can legally get a free 1.3 IPB if you are willing to have it defaced the next day.
