Editing a Logo

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to make some changes to my logo.

I want to edit in such a way as my avatar. But the quality of the Logo must not be lost. I am willing to offer 100 credits to the one who can do it. The size should remain the same. I will select only the best. Good Luck!!!
One more thing, I don't have the .psd file for it. I had someone make it for me in the first place.
