Logo Designers [1,500 pts]

Hi designers, i need a logo for my gaming team. Okay, here's the details...

- Text in logo: "Xose". You can either design the whole word "Xose" or the alphabet "X".
- Logo size, must NOT exceed 400x150 pixels.
- Transparent background.
- Keep it simple but professional looking. Like EA (Electronic Arts) logo.
- Preferably basic colors. A bit of gradient will do fine, but not a lot!
- Overall logo must have a Gaming Theme look and feel.

I guess thats all. Designers must have at least 1 year photoshop experience.
Those MSPaint/Clipart designers will not be entertained. Winner will be rewarded, 1,500 points.

*Other Notes: Winner of the logo designer must send me source file (.PSD) just to make sure you din't ripped off from some site before I transfer you the reward points.

@Synkc: I like the round outlook, if possible, a design with my text in it would be great.
@Dannad500: Too much gradient. Try harder.
@Franc0: Love the style, could improve on the text? And the background thingy... shield?

Additional Tips for Designers:
- Try to modify the text rather than using simple plain text.
- And try to make it as unique as possible.
