Sales Staffs Compensation:
Basic Slab:

Sales Generated - 5 Orders:
- - - - 35 X10Credits/month + FREE Domain Name
Sales Generated - 10 Orders:
- - - - 50 X10Credits + 2 FREE Domain Names
Incentive:
- - - - You can get one FREE Domain for every 5 Orders you generate.
*Its ORDER, not CUSTOMER | So easy to get your FREE Domain Name | One customer can order any number of products/services.

Job Details:
Position: Support Staff
Responsibilities:

• Handle Support Requests (Includes receiving tickets / resolving issues / replying to tickets)
• Promote Site, its products/services

Support Staffs Compensation:
Basic Slab:

Ranked as Good Staff:
- - - - 50 X10Credits/month + FREE Domain Name
Ranked as Reliable Staff:
- - - - 70 X10Credits + 2 FREE Domain Names
Incentive:
- - - - You'll get more domains when you got more positive performance appraisals.

Rules:

• Applying for Staff position does not guarantee that you'll be selected.
• You MUST pass the probation period successfully to get approved.
• A staff member (in any slab) is not performing / generating sales for 6 consecutive months will be laid off.
• Staffs who failed to pass the probation period or laid off in last 3 months cannot re-apply for the same position.
• FREE Domain Name(s) should be one of the following [ .COM | .NET | .ORG | .IN | .CO.IN ]
• If you're laid off - The domain given to you (if any) will not be renewed (You may pay and renew it)
• Managed DNS will not be taken into count if thats the only product bought by that particular customer.
• You can enjoy your incentive benefits for active order only.
• Performance appraisal for Staff members will be done every two months.

How long are the domains registered for upon 5 orders?

You'll be given the domains and It'll be registered for one year initially. If you continue to work for us, we'll renew your domain(s). If you are dis-continuing, we won't be renewing your domain(s), If you need you can pay & renew it.

This point is stated in Rules (6th Point).

If you're laid off - The domain given to you (if any) will not be renewed (You may pay and renew it)
