Preloader needed

I was wondering if anyone would make me a preloader for my website with a enter button after it finishes loading.I have tried making one myself but didn't work out.This will prob be easy credits for those of you who can make one.PM me if your interested and we will discuss how much and what i'm looking for.

Alright, I have to diff styles, same layout just diff.
