I believe that he made it. I think you should bid in credits though as i don't have PayPal.Nice template anyway, i think i have seen it somewhere else on the forums. It's a bit pricey for me.

But not many people have that many credits

If you are selling it on these forums you should start the bidding at about 2000
Credits. Credits can get you almost anything, PayPal Payouts, Domains, Emails
and more.
