Buying template!

Hello! I work in a restuarant and we are making a new menu! I want to know if there is anyone who can just make the template! Everything except the writing! I would like it in a psd file!

you should describe it as clear as to make it better.
It's better you make a scheme of your choice using any simple graph editors (MS Paint).Then the designers here will take it as easy job.

I want backround colours, border, the header and thats it! Really simple! And just saying it's not a web template! It's just a template i need! Also giving extra 100 credits if completed today!

In the picture you see the color of the title! I sorta want that in the backround but I want to still see the maroon colours! and would like a border!

What should be the dimension of it. Please specify the canvas size in pixels.
e.g. 400 X 300 = 400 pixel width x 300 pixel width
