I am looking for one or a few people to assist in helping me answer the following questions. Not only do I need an answer, but will need the website where the information can be found.

a. What common applications of electronic monitoring or surveillance equipment are there? List at least three examples.

b. Does knowing that an electronic security device is in place make you feel more secure? Provide at least one example if it does or answer why it doesn’t make you feel more secure.

c. Is electronic surveillance equipment an invasion of privacy? Are there any pending court cases dealing with this? Find at least two examples to defend your posting.

d. Consider the trade-off between security and privacy. In what cases is one more important than the other? If you can find reference to examples, please include those

a. How does CAPPS determine who is a security risk? Provide at least two examples.

b. What personal information is gathered by CAPPS?

c. How might CAPPS infringe on personal privacy?

d. Would you prefer to travel with or without the CAPPS system in place? Justify your answer.
