Bidding contest for web layout.

I have designed a web layout for the home page and would like to sell it for x10 credits. you can check for the image in this thread link

The rules are:-

(1). You can bid any number of times.
(2). The closing date is 23 Feb 22:30 PM IST (GMT + 5:30 hrs)
(3). The starting amount in $200 credits.
(4). I will be updating this post with the highest bidder name and his/her amount.
(5). The PSD file will be given to the winner.
(6). The winner has all the rights to use it,modify it, and not resell it.
(7). A link to my site http://www.sunils.co.cc need to be put up in the bottom right corner. ( the font size needs only to be readable.)

Its not coded. It just a PSD document which i have mentioned earlier.
Its the first contest from me and many others are in the pipeline.

jsut my opinion i think the header is cool but the body doesnt call out too much. just work on it some more and then sell it really. and also sell it sliced up with all images and html.

This layout i have designed for my site. but thought i will go with the older one. so thought of selling it.
i said in the rules that i will give the PSD file as the winner has all the rights to use it,modify it, and not resell it.
Its upto the winners choice to add/remove/modify and text or layer.
he can do what ever with it except selling it to others.
