(assuming north is to the top of the picture):
South of the southernmost corner of the stadium, and slightly west.
OR
Northeast of the supermarket, follow the road along the southeast side of the building (follow it northeast, there's a van being unloaded, then two kids with yellow and red RC cars). Right next to the Love Pixel graffitii actually
OR
Northwest of the race track - on the big blue overhang over the race track, start at the yellow colored chairs to the southwest. Proceed northwest, stop when you see the swimming pool and the cars
OR
The big gold building; starting at the southern corner, proceed southeast and stop at the swimming pool, then go back north west a tad and you'll see them.
Do I win? Cause the picture's absolutely friggin' awesome in any case
