I have a couple mods i need to install on my phpbb forum. If anyone can guide me on how to successfully install mods on my forum I will reward you with 45 credits =]

OK, here are my instructions:
Installing a phpBB3 MOD.
Step 1: Find the MOD you want. If the site was not phpbb.com, go to
http://www.phpbb.com/mods/db/index.p...se&mode=search
and search for the same MOD name. If it is there, download the phpbb.com one. This will keep malicious scripts away from your forum.

Step 2: Unzip the file. If you are on Windows, there is a wizard for this, if you are on a Mac, use Stuffit.

Step 3: Open the install.xml file by right clicking it and selecting your internet browser. This will show you what to do to install the MOD.

Step 4: Upload the files according to where the install.xml file tells you to.

Step 5: Edit necessary files.

Step 6: Run the install file if necessary. You will need to log in as an administrator to do this.

Step 7: Go to the Administration Control Panel and edit whatever you want for this MOD.
