Programmer needed to develop a complete site

hi friends,

i want to develop a computer and website security site through which the users will be able to test their antiviruses and antispywares through harmless realtime viruses and spywares (either programmed by me or the softwares which i trust and are harmless) (each virus and spyware will have a note to manually uninstall method in case the antivirus/antispyware fails)

we will also check websites proneness to attacks like SQL Injection etc. through softwares that can themselves be downloaded by the users for chaecking their websites

i need some on to develop a very good site for me, i will provide you with the links to the viruses and spywares and their uninstall methods that need to be posted on the site

Payment: i will give you 450 credits for building the website and the phpbb3 forum associated with it.
