Easy 100/450 Credits For Phpbb Mod

I'm looking for a phpbb3 mod for a live interview with someone. The idea is that in advance, people can submit questions which can be easily sorted and approved/deleted by someone with the appropriate permissions. Does anyone know of a mod like this? (if you find it, you get 100 credits. If no one finds it, I will offer a creator of a satisfactory MOD 450 credits.)
