250 Credits For Logo

Hi all,
I am offering 250 Credits to the first person who gives me a logo I like.
I want the logo to be a monkey. Try to make it look something like the image shown below, but don't edit off of it or just copy it. I would like just a monkey's head with a nice smile. Please make it enclosed in a circle with a black line around it and make the rest of it transparent so I don't see a white square. I would like it if you made it a high resolution PNG image so I can easily shrink it down so it fits what I would like and would look nice scaled down. If possible, I would like the PSD or XCF file of it when you are done, but just attach the PNG for now. And I do not want headphones either. For me, the simpler the better.

EDIT: I am bumping credits up to 600 credits for the logo.
Oh, and I would like the brown of the monkey to be tangent to the black border. Don't worry about ears.

what do you mean by "tangent" to the black border?

What's the logo for? eg. type of industry or type of market. Just wondering if it would need a certain type of expression on it's face?

this is in png format, circles a bit edhy in the top, left, right and bootom, but it's 1130 pm and i got schol tomorrow, let me know of what you think and i can edit tomorrow

Tangent is a geometry term that means touching. So for example, two circles that "touch" each other are tangent.
The logo will be for a new site I am making which is called MonkeyTech.
That is a very good start, g-force.
I would like the black outline of the monkey's face to extend and touch the big, thick black border, eliminating the white within the circle. That would make his face totally round, which is what I want.

That looks awesome. Only 1 more thing. Please move the monkey's nose down some. (The beige area)
After you do that, once you give me the PSD/XCF/PNG etc. I'll give the credits.
Please send the XCF/PSD/whatever you used to create it and the PNG.
