Selling sbOnline

Hello everyone
I've been really busy lately as you can imagine, trying to maintain 4 websites.
So I am going to sell one, sbOnline (http://sbonline.co.cc/home - I am not selling the site at sbonline.co.cc)
Its really sad to say goodbye, but it will be a huge burden off my shoulders.
It is actually a pretty large and extensive site, after countless hours of configuration, feature additions, and maintaining it. I can't tell you how much time out of my life I've spent working on this site, but I have bigger and better ideas for the future.
After someone purchases it, I will transfer it over to them and completely configure it for them for free. The one and only condition is that you must rename the site.
I know sbOnline has great potential, and you can make it a very popular site with just a little bit of promotion.
Once you buy it, you have all rights to do whatever you want.

I would rather you make the payment in cash, but you can make the payment in credits if thats all you have. Since this is a fully-developed site, you would probably have to be willing to pay $40 or more, but I may go lower depending on interest. If you want to pay in credits I would say at least 20000.

It doesn't get very many hits currently due to little promotion, but hits don't matter as long as you just click on the link and look how great the site is for yourself
I'm sure with a little promotion you can make it a very popular website

It's a very pretty Joomla template.

I think this would be useful only for the Joomla part. Other than that, you could get your own co.cc domain etc.
