get paid to improve my site

currently working on the main page
suggest feedbacks on how to improve my main page and get paid with credits. I will post issues below, try to help me with them, or add new suggestions or issues.
    • You will get credits according to how much you helped
    1. First Issue: Custom Google search on top of page. (does it load on your browser, if not how can I fix it) Fixed Works with firefox not IE.
    2. Second Issue: Main menu (is it organized correctly? The blogs in the main menu are created by me but are an external link should I keep them? How can I use Iframe si that when u click on eminem blog under blogs you wouldn't leave my url How can I remove the main menu from the left side of the page)
    3. Third Issue: Polls aren't showing up on the right side.
    4. Fourth Issue: ads on the bottom how can I add an HTML/banner rotator.
    5. Fifth Issue: you can suggest new issues, or ways to improve page. Currenlty I'm planning on buying a flash module so I can insert a flash movie intro on my main page.

If your website is in php, there is nothing we can do just checking source-code since source just shows HTML, not any php codes.
And btw, its nice to check the Error Log too.

    Hi,

I am using Mozilla Firefox and the Google search displays and works ok. I would just suggest that you re-order all of the ads in the footer of the web page.
