PHP script help

I want a login script that connects to the PhpBB3 database on my site and checks whether the user name and password were correct.

I have tried myself, but it uses it's own encryption system that I don't know about.

I will give up to 200 credits if someone can do this. (or 100 if someone can post a link to an existing one)
