[REQ][1000 credits] Need help for my website

my priorities for my website is
1- a portal like mylot.com or yahoo on the main page (I need to make this possible with joomla). The portal will have weather from weather.com news from cnn.com ...etc.
2- linking user accounts on the social network and the forums (P.S same way google links youtube and gmail accounts) I want a my account section on the joomla page so users can see all the accounts they have registered on my website.

basically for number 2 I want some account linking done; I told you my idea if you can come up with another way to link accounts tell me.

I'm willing to pay creds for help up to 1000 for the linking and like 200 for the joomla portal. it depends on the work =]

I might be able to do number 1 because I have a lot of experience with Joomla, about number 2, that's a very difficult thing to do for a lot of people, I know how to create a bridge between Joomla and a lot of forum software too, like PHPbb or vBulletin.
