think awesome different - not tried and tested - but intutively grabby in html jpeg, gif, css flash javascript php (must retain site paypal functionality)
1. As per the description you provided, you are looking forth to redesign whole page http://sel2in.com/shop/c/ , now this should have flash images which should replace the present two images, or do you just want change in images not whole page ?
--- whole page images , make it longer, add some FLASH, a few images, and copy (text) basic aim : make people buy the product. flowing choclate would help. u can copy the paypal form code and change the image/ text part if need be (if the rest of the page theme does not match the buttons.
2. Do you want to have a whole website to be redesigned with integration of payment gateway (paypal)?
--- no i know how to add paypal i wanted help with images and some animation for 1 page
NO PHP coding needed - just need to be aware of it and change the html around the php tags so the page still works
With bid tell us:- What is ur plan? when can u start? when will u deliver? cost?
Cost has to be within budget but I can increase deadline to 10 days if needed - MAXIMUM if you have anohter project on but can work on this too.
