[req][100 credits]: Solve phpBB installation issue.

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with installing phpBB 3 on my x10 account. I can pass the database connections but after the global configuration I get this.
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /mmoworld/install/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_mono/1.9 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at nahow.x10hosting.com Port 80 I'm offering a 100 credits for the person who can help me solve this problem. BTW: I already changed the permissions to the max but it still won't work.

Which version of phpBB 3?

It was version 3.02 (not 3.03 because I get a blank page if I try to install that one) and I downloaded from phpbb.com and uploaded to the server with FTP
