There is no "Submit an Article" Link in the bar below the Main content on the left.
So, I went to the tutorial once more and clicked the link there.
It tells me that I do not have access to the submit a article page.
Yes, I did sign up. Was there supposed to be an email confirmation?
If there was, then I did not recieve it.

No, there's not suppose to be any confirmation email.
Did you post up an intro in forum?
That's what you're suppose to do and then contact me about submitting articles then I add you to the group. Then you have access to that link.
