Contacted some staff via IRC, site was located on x10 and is now suspended


For future reference though if you find something like this, either report the post (great for the forum), or look here: http://x10hosting.com/contact/abuse

That last one contacts the admins directly with an abuse report; I gather it's mostly used by those whose copyrights are being violated, however I've used it in the past to report similar sites
