It would be good to say what kind of content the site has or will have so that a logo can be designed with that in mind.
Also, do you need a logo (symbol/image) or a header image (site name with or without images)?

Its a comedy website with comedy videos articles etc. id like a symbol/image and the words Laughing 4 Free in the logo.

oh.. two more questions: do you have any colours you would like, or do you care? do you have a specific size or shape (square, rectangle, wide rectangle, tall rectangle, etc) you want?
