Template for a PHP Script

Hello Guys, I am offering 5k - 10k credits for a design.
Basically i need a design for the MP3 Search Engine Script of x10Media.com

I will use it for my site, http://www.imusicz.net

If possible, i wanted the design kinda fitted for the site.

Design must be attractive.

Just a couple things. What colors do you want? How do you want it laid out? (sidebar, etc. ). Fluid or fixed?

Yeah sure, no problem with that, i can give you a copyright on the footer.

Fluid is where the site's design would expand or decrease to meet the browsers width of the person currently viewing and fixed width is what it sounds like the width of the site is fixed to a specific amount of pixels where users with low resolutions would need to use scrollbars if your sites design is wider than 800px which sometimes could lose people's interest if they have to scroll before even doing a search.
