I am offering 300 credits to anyone who can make me a PHP script that can modify my XML file on my webserver to add users to filezilla

Requirements:
Works With Filezilla
Can add users, and delete users
I will add 100 credits on if users can logon with their current password and change there password and delete their account etc...

Can you explain? FileZilla is an ftp client.. Do you mean to have it log into cPanel and add the user? Or do you have a FileZilla server? Either way.. I can code php..

The current XML file (edit out the passwords)..
Everything the PHP script needs to do in detail..
