Edit a banner for 200 credits

Could someone for 200 credits edit this banner to say BW Innovations in an interesting way. Attached below is what I have so far, as well as the raw image. This should be a 5 minute task easy for a skilled graphics designer.

Not bad, but it is a bit too big and cuts off the leg of the guy. It needs to be a bit smaller.

@zubair12: I basically want a banner made pretty much the same way as the one displayed in the post, but more interesting. How? That is up to you ;)

Can it be Flash banner or static?

I was asking for static, but flash is definitely more interesting. Just as long as it isn't annoying it is worth a try.

I am pretty good at graphics design, so if I knew exactly what I wanted I would probably make it myself. The thread should really be titled Creative Design for 200 credits.

The site is coming online within the week, and I still have no responses. Since the banner is already made and all I need is a logo to match the banner better than the one I have already, I would think that 200 credits is reasonable. I will raise the price to 350 for a quick response, final offer.

how about this i think your website will be kinda of a company so in my way i made this hope you like it if i was u i would go with it but still if u need me to change something init let me know but if yo liked my logo

I didn't liked that green line getting in the way of text so I removed it. Then I added a smooth gray gradient to create a feeling of depth.

I added a place for slogan to fill out empty space and visually improve the image. If you already have a slogan just tell me and I'll make a banner with it or add it yourself if that's more convenient for you. If you don't have a slogan I'll think of something myself

EDIT: Almost all modern websites are 900px wide I thought you can consider following that principle. Another thing is that I didn't liked the aspect ration of your banner, it's too high but not enough wide. So I decided to make 900x200px sample for you to think about it
