It's a nice template though. It's a shame that one always needs to allow scripts / Flash to run to view these sorts of sites - Many people are like me & don't allow scripts to run on untrusted sites (I use the NoScript add-on for Firefox).

Also, if you do have re-sale rights, what are you asking? How many £ / $ / x10 credits?

as far as i know they dont have resale rights policy but dont know how this guy is trying to sell it i bought a flash web counter from them and i cant sell it but i can use it myself

look dont get me wrong but they dont give resale rights to any 1 not my problem but any1 buying this script first ask the real owner before buying the link is given above
