I know some killer tricks but what I really lack at the moment is solid all around programming knowledge. Don't ever ever ever tell your boss you know html by the way or that you did some fancy shmancy cross-site scripting thing to do X shady business or they might just reasign you to programming stuff without you actually knowing what you are doing. lol
