I posted on your IP question. I have a database that will work depending on how accurate you want it to be. I did not post it in the forums because I am still working on the database and I did not want tons of people posting and asking for it. I would be happy to give you a free copy if you would like to do some testing for me. Its accuracy is down to about 20 miles for the country database.
