The processing queue is currently very slow if not halted. Unfortunately I do not have any other information concerning this matter.
Is there any reason why new hosting accounts are not being processed by the automatic system? Just curious to know if its messing up because this account of mine has been processing for like 12 hours now. And I seen that there is like 50 other users having the same issue with email confirmations not being sent and after email confirmation the account process not processing account to make them active. So is there any news on this issue?
This policy change was implemented this morning. You should expect an announcement soon. We are still offering unmetered hosting, the only difference being that now users must request it. We have implemented this change because numerous users where using the unmetered space to store files that are not allowed and those accounts were causing trouble for every other user and staff. We take great pride in what we offer and we will continue to offer unmetered to our users.
Due to a recent policy change we made to try stopping bad accounts, we are initially offering 1 GB of space, with a possibility of unlimited space for accounts in good standing. You will have to request the upgrade in the support section (here). Don't you think the index should be changed because false advertising is law suitable offense and causing people to sign up thinking there getting more then what they get when they first log into there cpanel is an issue free or paid. I suggest bringing that up for a change so that this hosting doesn't lose PR for 1 and 2 not become the single most false advertising hated host on the net. Just stating
