    If we search google there r many sites providing scripts for mail bombing and its easy for people to use it.
    so i support this measure

    I assume so since they'll be getting their own IP address blacklisted, not x10's shared IP addresses.

    IF your IP gets blacklisted, then your still going to get in trouble.
    you ALWAYS need to provide an easy way for people to unsubscribe from mass mailer scripts, usually simply clicking a link in the bottom of the email.
