As I'm sure you can see we're having a good amount of problems recently. PMing me is not going to get you an answer, in fact I get over 50 a day sometimes and don't read half of them

Please keep updated on the news, usually any of your questions can be answered in there.

Also please remember this is a FREE service, we do not make any money from this. Everyone is working very hard to resolve these issues but it is hard and time consuming with 8000+ accounts. A normal hosting business with that many accounts would have 20-30 servers and over 20 PAID staff members. Keep this in mind when you decide to complain.

We WILL have everything back to normal within a week hopefully, this was the only option short of wiping out everyone's accounts and starting fresh with our new scripts, policies, and rules. Please be patient and we'll get through this.
