New Sign Up Process(NO MORE LOTTERY!!!)

I redid the sign-up process today and there is no more lottery(for now). All you have to do is sign-up for, or have an active forum account. During signup there is a place to put your forum ID in. An activation E-mail will then be sent to the E-mail registered with your forum account.

Accounts are created every hour(possible change later). Forum accounts should automatically link to your cPanel account upon creation.
