Intellitxt VS Text Link

Now that we've had intellitxt on for a week or so and people have got to see it. What do you think? Would you rather switch back to text ads or would you want to stay wtih intellitxt?

If we do switch back to text ads I'm going to have to implement some rules about ad placement. Placing the text ad in 5 size font in the footer of a page mixed with a bunch of other info does not help us at all. New rules will probably be, it must be above the fold and it can not be smaller than the text size you are using for the rest of your page.

Also note that the text ads might not always say x10 or something you've currently seen. We will sell that ad space to advertisers. That means you will have text ads for a wide range of websites unlike how we used to have just Free hosting by x10 and a link for free file sharing.

Most annoying thing, the intellitext ads NEVER worked on my website. Ever. So go intellitext!.

Seriously though, i wouldnt mind having a text ad the same size as my page font, its just that i want to advertise this site, and not skimp off with free hosting for absolutely nothing.

I can't vote as I dont have a voice in this. But it is your choice Corey. I say inteli is better in some ways and then in some ways the text ad's are better.

well... from votes taken in another poll, maybe we should do intellitext for Corporate accounts and just the banners for Advanced accounts

If it would be Intelitext for Corporate and banner for Advanced i'll go and pick the Corporate...

if you want to be able to advertise on spanish sites, then i would go for the text link as i have almost never seen the intellitext on the spanish sites

I dont know why anyone would inetlli it is soooo annoying. Always going over the wrong text and getting those popup things. Switch it back is what I say.

My site is in spanish so i've never seen an intelitext ads and don't find them anoying...
