only automatic creation is disabled currently, twisted, you should not have to sign up again, your registration will be put on a queue and when the server is back up in proper condition (and transferred/reconfigured), then the automatic account creation script will be enabled again i'm pretty sure
Also we will have 2 servers now too, so that should help out too.
