Server Trouble\Issues
Every now and then you might have a problem with your site or account. If a service is down you should then check the server status found here: http://status.x10hosting.com. If there are no alerts listed we probably don't know about it. A lot of problems fix themselves so you should wait 5 minutes and check if it's still down. If so please submit a ticket via the account portal.

Hello!, I have a problem regarding the browser... I can't load my domain site. It always prompt check the connection problem. But I can log into my fttp server, my cpanels and forums. Is my site is suspended or what?

I take it you clearly didn't read the Terms of Service or that question would of been answered.
You are allowed just one account.
