Support Threads and Unsuspension Requests

Due to the recent issues with one of our ad-free servers everyone posted their problems in every conceivable place, even if it was not the right place. Because of this I am going to close ALL support and unsuspension requests. I do not have time to sort through all the ones that were incorrectly posted by people.

If you have a support issue that I closed please just re-open it. You can do this by going to your closed thread and picking the open option from thread tools. Sorry for the inconvenience but there is no other way to efficiently get help to the people who need it.

If you are suspended do the following:

Click check reason, type in your cPanel name, unsuspend yourself.

Hi! I'm posting this here cause frankly I have no idea WHERE to post. I wish there was a clear place of where to post so people don't post all over the place.

Anyway, I tried adding my domain name but I couldn't cause my domain name was already added. And I can't delete it cause it's not showing so there is no way to delete it.

this is the error when i add it : Error from park wrapper: silvasphoto.com is already configured.

silvasphoto.x10hosting.com is working but silvasphoto.com is not

Add-On or Parked: add-in
If an add-on what directory is it supposed to be pointing to? home directory
