after the moving is done will we have to delete %.x10hosting.com and stoil.x10hosting.com off the host list and change mysql.x10hosting.com to localhost in config.php?????

First, i would like to ay thank you for your time giving us how the things are going.
Even now that im paid, im still looking for the good of free ones.

You will not lose your data\accounts, this does not affect paid members, please excuse typos.

That's why Corey got a backup server :P. He's going to move all of our account data and MySQL onto that server, reformat the server, then transfer our accounts back onto it with fresh installs of the software.

Smith, thanks for clearing that up, I was a little confused about how one could formart and yet not lose data.

Hoss, I believe the two hours was just for the first step in the process... although i would also like to know the status, simply because I'm bored at work. It's like sitting and watching a file transfer. ;)

Well he said the ETA was 2 hours and I believe it's been just about 4 now....

However only thing down now is SMTP

That was the ETA on server setup. We had to order it and it had to get setup (Built, OS Installed, cPanel Installed).
