    you have to wait at least 60 days from registering before your domain name is unlocked by register.com

    It gave you the paypal option because you didnīt use the free option domain, if you buy it in the normal way and not using the free option you are able to use paypal, so, i assume that you pay for it, even if you donīt have any funds on it, you had to enter your credit card info.

    by the way. my mom credit cardīs is new and gets declined all the time, any ideas why ?

    no my domain is free no charge for it.

    another thing is you can only get .com, .net, .info those sort no country extensions like .us, .ca, .uk

    Itīs weird, the onlyway i get the paypal option is not using the FREE DOMAIN option. I still canīt get my domain with my card, it keeps gettin declined
