I've seen countless threads lately that are for suspensions where the reason is "High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in x minutes". When it gives you a timeframe of when it'll be unsuspended, please follow that timeframe. If it says it will be 15 minutes and you've only waited 5, do NOT post an unsuspension request, I will not help you, I will only refer you to this thread. However, if it's said it will unsuspend you in 30 minutes and it's been an hour and a half, that would be fine if you posted an unsuspension request, that is reasonable. Please just use common sense and allow about 30 minutes plus however many minutes it stated for it to unsuspend you, as their are several different processes happening on each server.
