OK, So I realise this is not support but I applied something like 2 months ago I think. I read that they were having issues and waited. I read again that they had started clearing the queues and thought OK so now maybe and was starting to get thrilled. Then I waited and read that there were more issues or that the same issues hadn't quite been fixed. I haven't even had a reply back and having sent in a support ticket to see if there was a response there was none.

Can anyone fill me in on what to do now and whether or not I should reapply?
